Job summary

Somerset Trust Company is seeking a detail-oriented banking professional to support loan transactions and customer service. The role requires knowledge of the DNA Core Application System and accurate processing of loans and related payments.

You will work closely with lending teams, learn ledger balancing, and help ensure compliance with BSA/AML policies while delivering quality service in a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related office experience; 6+ months as a full-time teller with good balancing record.

Responsibilities

• Process loan-related transactions and payments with accuracy.
• Handle lending customer service calls and resolve loan payment issues.
• Learn basic general ledger functionality and assist Accounting in balancing ledger accounts.
• Maintain monthly spreadsheets for interest extensions and commercial appraisals.
• Process stop payments on lending checks and loan verifications.
