Job summary

First State Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Coordinator to keep loans moving from application to closing, delivering an exceptional customer experience for Commercial, Consumer, Agricultural, and Real Estate loans.

You will partner with lenders and customers, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and support the team with strong communication and problem-solving to ensure accurate processing and on-time closings.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree and/or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide loans from application to closing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support Commercial, Consumer, Agricultural, and Real Estate loans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every step.
• Coordinate with lenders to keep processes on track.
