Job summary

Raymond James in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a capable professional to support loan pricing approvals on the Loan Pricing Desk. You will coordinate between senior management and internal teams, ensuring accurate discount setups and clear communication across groups.

The role involves monitoring processes, coaching teammates, and potentially leading a small team; the hybrid work model provides exposure to Securities Based Lending concepts within our bank operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
• 4–6 months general experience.
• Hybrid work environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between groups to ensure accuracy of SBL, Margin, and Structured Loan discount setups.
• Coordinate within assigned work group and with other work groups.
• Handle escalated issues related to loan discounts.
• Interpret and apply organizational policies and procedures.
• Review, evaluate and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with senior management on internal reports that can be quickly reviewed by management.
• Establish objectives and develop processes to ensure efficient and timely workflow.
• Schedule, report, and track information for the department.
• Assist in orienting, training and coaching employees.
• May be designated to serve in a team lead function.
