Raymond James in Saint Petersburg, FL, seeks an experienced professional to support the Loan Pricing Desk by coordinating loan discount setups and communicating with senior management. You will ensure accuracy across SBL and Margin operations while guiding colleagues and improving processes.

Hybrid work flexibility is offered. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, and 4–6 months of general experience.

• Ability to coordinate with senior management and prepare reports.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison to ensure accuracy of SBL, Margin, and Structured Loan discount setups.
• Coordinate within and across work groups for efficient workflow.
• Handle escalated issues related to loan discounts and assist others in resolution.
• Interpret and apply organizational policies and procedures.
• Prepare internal reports for senior management and tracking of progress.
• Mentor or train employees; may serve as team lead.
• Other duties as assigned.
