As a Loan Partner / Pre-Approval Specialist, you’ll work directly with our top producer, taking loans from application through clean pre-approval, then to contract, and handing a structured file to processing. In this role, you’ll own the borrower journey up to underwriting, generate referrals from key partners, and deliver clean files that make both the LO and Realtor partner shine.

This is an in-office position, but we are open to remote work for the right fit.

Compensation- Base $55,000 and Bonus - $75,000 to $95,000

Compensation: $55,000 base plus Bonus
