Job summary

SimpleCREDIT is seeking an experienced Loan Originator to grow our investor lending business on Long Island and in the New York metro area. You will work with our in-house processing and underwriting teams, so you can focus on finding and closing loans.

You will source bridge, fix-and-flip and DSCR loans, manage each loan through closing, and structure deals within our credit guidelines. This role includes a base salary of $75,000-$100,000 plus uncapped commissions and is on-site at Garden City,

SimpleCREDIT provides business-purpose real estate financing for investors, based in Garden City, New York. We finance bridge, fix-and-flip (residential transitional) and DSCR rental loans for real estate investors.

We are hiring an experienced Loan Originator to grow our investor lending business on Long Island and in the New York metro area. You will work with our in-house processing and underwriting teams, so you can focus on finding and closing loans.

• Source bridge, fix-and-flip and DSCR loans from investors, brokers and developers.

This role covers business-purpose and investor loans only. Consumer residential mortgage origination is not part of this role.
