Job Description

Job Summary: The Loan Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Pinnacle's loan processing and servicing teams. This role ensures the accurate handling of loan documentation, assists with compliance and reporting requirements, and helps maintain efficient workflow across the loan operations department. The specialist collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and deliver high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; maintain and update loan records and databases; generate and distribute operational reports as needed; collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and other departments to facilitate workflow; assist in identifying and implementing process improvements; respond to internal and external inquiries regarding loan operations; support audits and quality assurance initiatives; provide administrative support to the loan operations team; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Manages the annual performance management and merit processes for direct and indirect reports as applicable. Coaches and develops team members and builds a work environment where team members are engaged and feel a positive sense of achievement about their role in the company. Works closely with Human Resources regarding employee relations, compensation, training, posting and filling vacant positions and other Human Resources related matters.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Meet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate.
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
• Performs other related duties as required.
