Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years banking or loan processing, documentation, servicing, or other directly related experience
• College degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Must be accurate, possess numeric and verbal aptitudes
• Excellent research and audit skills

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and/or operational support within loan areas, processing, presentations, servicing, documentation, notes, etc.
• Assist with closing and disbursements on a limited basis
• Clear identified loan exceptions
• Maintain files, documents, notes, etc. as needed
• Verify completeness of files with all necessary documents and signatures required
• Research and resolve lending inquiries and issues
• Work with lenders in resolving discrepancies in various documentation
• Ensure all applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures are followed
• Prepare and/or track disbursements, loan documents, reports, obtain credit and/or financial information
• May perform review of loan and collateral documents and loan packages to ensure the bank's security interest and adherence to established policies and procedures
• Update the loan system with pertinent collateral and collateral exception information
• Perform other suties as needed.
