Job summary

Community Resource Bank in Northfield, MN seeks a Loan Operations Specialist to process consumer and commercial loans, board loans in the FISERV system, and provide responsive customer service.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers competitive pay ($23.50–$30.00/hour) and a benefits package including health, dental, life, disability, and 401(k).

• Recent Banking Experience Preferred.
• 1-2 Years of Experience in a Bank Loan Operations Department a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete file maintenance on loan related accounts.
• Conduct research related to loans.

• Review Daily Reports and Process Participations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Salary Range: $23.50 To $30.00 Hourly

Primary Functions:

This position is located at our main branch, in Northfield, MN and provides loan processing support for the consumer and commercial loan departments. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completing file maintenance on loan related accounts
• Completing research related to loans
• Handling all loan related questions and requests
• Boarding Loans on the FISERV system and processing initial activation transactions
• Scanning and Indexing loan files
• Reviewing Daily Reports, Process Participations
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Position Requirements:
