Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in teams.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of loan products and lending regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support in all areas of Loan Operations and ensure accuracy of loan records and documents.
• Perform loan maintenance for all loan types, including recasts and payment adjustments.
• Review files for complete documents to perfect liens and process lien releases.
• Evaluate and process HELOC subordination requests; monitor compliance with MLA and SCRA.
• Maintain reporting and metrics; deliver high levels of service and internal/external partner support.
