Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year related experience in loan operations – consumer, residential and commercial normally required.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents to extract and analyze data for input into the loan servicing system.
• Verify notes and write-ups for dollar amount, effective date and loan authority prior to funding.
• Process changes in terms (CITs), renewals, modifications and extensions on existing loans.
• Monitor Loans in Process accounts to ensure items are cleared within three working days.
• Ensure documentation meets compliance and regulatory guidelines.
