The Loan Officer Associate assists Loan Officers while developing skills to become a Loan Officer in the future. The role involves completing online and classroom educational sessions, along with operational and hands-on training by assisting Loan Officers and Division Managers.
Regular in-person attendance at company sites and offices during work hours is essential. Ability to work in confined spaces, operate a vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, and lift equipment over 50 pounds is required.
