Position Responsibilities

• Assist the MLO in managing the pipeline for current closings.
• Review and analyze income and asset documentation to ensure accuracy and support in Encompass.
• Disclose loan details accurately and send application packages for signature.
• Follow up with borrowers for signed applications and supporting documents.
• Review applications and disclosures for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with borrowers and processors to gather all necessary documentation.
• Update disclosure tracking and confirm receipt of credit card authorizations.
• Order appraisals, employment verifications, titles, tax transcripts, and other necessary verifications.
• Order credit supplements, payoff amounts, and other documents as required.
• Complete CIP forms, VA screens, and order CAIVRs for FHA and VA loans.
• Manage insurance documentation, condo/PUD questionnaires, budgets, and other items.
• Work closely with the MLO to address missing or requested items.
• Maintain logs and documentation in Encompass.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Recent experience in the mortgage industry as an assistant, loan processor, or loan officer is required.
• Knowledge of lending terminology and experience communicating with borrowers about lending requirements.
• Proven customer service skills are essential.

Working Arrangements

• This is a fully remote role, primarily working in-office Monday through Friday.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $20.58 - $27.79 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
• Additional Compensation: Annual bonus based on performance.
