About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Loan Officer Assistant to support a fast-paced, growing mortgage office in Parrish, FL. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working with clients, has great attention to detail, and thrives in both the sales and support side of the mortgage process.

You’ll be working closely with a high-performing Loan Officer to keep deals moving, clients informed, and the entire process smooth from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with borrowers, realtors, and title companies to provide timely updates and support
• Manage pre-approval files and collect necessary documentation from clients
• Support front-end sales efforts including scheduling consultations and follow-ups
• Assist with loan submissions, pipeline tracking, and managing CRM systems
• Keep files organized, compliant, and moving efficiently through processing
• Act as a liaison between borrowers and processors/underwriters
• Handle back-end tasks like condition gathering, file updates, and status reporting
• Maintain detailed notes and clear communication throughout the loan lifecycle

Requirements:

• Mortgage, real estate, or financial experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, email, and mortgage software
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work in-office full-time in Parrish, FL
