Job summary

A fast-growing mortgage brokerage is seeking experienced Loan Originators specializing in NON-QM and DSCR lending. This remote position allows you to manage your own pipeline and build relationships with realtors and investors. Ideal candidates are licensed MLOs with active NMLS, motivated to grow their income and skills in a supportive environment that prioritizes rapid funding and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in originating and managing a pipeline remotely.
• Ability to focus on purchase loans and various financing options.
• Proven ability to work remotely and manage relationships with Realtors and investors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently.
• Motivation to grow income and build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Realtors, investors, and referral partners.

• Work with operations team for fast closings.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure fast, smooth closings.

Ideal Candidate

You are:

• A licensed MLO with active NMLS
• Based in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, CO, NV, UT, ID, or any Western state
• Skilled in NON-QM and/or DSCR investor financing
• A strong communicator with solid Realtor or investor relationships
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role
• Motivated to scale income and build long-term partnerships
