Lennar Mortgage LLC is seeking a Mortgage - Loan Officer (Exempt) to drive outside sales and establish relationships with home builders, brokers, and real estate professionals in the Tampa area.
The role involves traveling to communities, conducting seminars, gathering financial information, advising on loan products, and obtaining loan applications to help customers secure mortgage approvals. A four-year degree is preferred and an NMLS license is required or obtainable.

Meet with and interview prospective customers, brokers, NHCs, and other referral sources at homebuilding communities or other convenient locations to collect and analyze customer financial information, advise customers on the risks and benefits of various mortgage products, and help select the appropriate loan program within Lennar Mortgage roadmap. Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
