What You'll Do

Inspire Home Loans (a Century Communities, Inc. affiliated company) is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to join our team supporting our homebuilder in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining customer financing objectives, advising on product and pricing policies, and gathering necessary information. The Loan Officer will ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

Support our homebuilder in Las Vegas, NV, by managing customer loans, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This position is remote but requires residence in Nevada. Must be licensed in NV and CA.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

1. Collect and analyze customer financial information to determine loan eligibility.
2. Advise borrowers on risks and benefits of loan options.
3. Discuss available loan products tailored to customer needs.
4. Gather all necessary documentation for loan approval.
5. Communicate effectively with all parties involved.
6. Lock the interest rate.
7. Manage personal production and ensure timely closings.
8. Meet or exceed company standards.
9. Provide professional customer service.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Have

1. Thorough knowledge of loan types: Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, VA.
2. Builder experience preferred.
3. Proficiency with loan origination systems (Encompass preferred).
4. Familiarity with AUS (LP, DU, GUS).
5. Strong relationship-building skills.
6. First-time homebuyer experience is a plus.
7. Ability to handle heavy workload independently.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
9. Reliable, organized, detail-oriented.
10. Exceptional customer service skills.

Your Education And Experience

1. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of loan origination experience, builder experience preferred.
3. Active licenses in Nevada and CA; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
