Job summary

Investors Community Bank in Chillicothe is seeking a customer-focused Loan Officer to join our lending team. You will assist individuals and small businesses with financing, build relationships, assess creditworthiness, and tailor solutions for local customers.

You will guide clients from application to closing, analyze financial data and collateral, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with underwriting and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer and/or commercial loan products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Familiarity with loan software and Microsoft Office Suite.

From first-time homebuyers to local entrepreneurs, you’ll be a trusted advisor throughout the loan process—building relationships, assessing creditworthiness, and offering tailored solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in community outreach and business development activities to grow the bank’s presence.

What You'll Bring:

• Prior experience in banking, lending, or financial services preferred.
