The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and expertise in debt structures, with experience in Argus or Excel-based modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, or related business discipline.
• Strong understanding of debt structures including revolvers, senior loans, mezzanine financing, and securitized products.
• Experience with Argus or Excel-based financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-line portfolio of commercial mortgage loans; oversee loan management from funding to disposition.
• Analyze financial statements and rent rolls to identify credit or market risks and ensure covenant compliance.
• Respond to borrower requests including lease approvals, reserve disbursements, ownership transfers, insurance claims, or collateral substitutions.
• Identify and track watchlist loans; prepare updates for portfolio reviews.
• Partner with origination, legal, and senior leadership on loan modifications and document changes.
• Maintain accurate loan data across internal systems to support timely reporting.
