Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Imaging Processor in Harrisburg, PA to support the loan servicing function. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and solid PC skills with MS Excel, Access and Word.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year related experience.
• Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and math skills.
• Proficient typing and PC skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Catalog new loan files for filing with storage vendor.
• Monitor electronic ticket system for document requests.
• Retrieve or order physical loan files when requested.
• Copy requests for loan documents.
• Maintain and track loan files and retention documents.
• Ensure quality control of scanned loan images.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues within policy timelines.
• Scan and index documents for electronic file creation.
• Assist with mail and email deliveries.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments to ensure smooth information flow.
• Understand loan documents across consumer, residential, and commercial.
• Report information to supervisor as requested and compile data.
