Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Loan Funding Specialist to accurately upload and funds loans, reconcile ledgers, and handle vendor payments and cashier checks. You will collaborate with the Lending team to ensure accurate disbursements and final documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial banking preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational and numerical reconciliation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with Lending team for correct disbursements to general ledgers.
• Process transactions to advance loan proceeds and vendor payments; create cashier checks.
• Assist in reconciling department ledgers and reviewing reporting.
• Maintain Teller system for daily/monthly batching of transactions.
• Ensure accurate final documents with title company and Lending team.
• Review final loan approval conditions and ensure compliance with laws.
