• Record and remit payments for participated, swapped, syndicated, and SBA guaranteed loans.
• Fund new loans and ensure timely, accurate advances.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.
• Assist department management with tasks to support operations.
• Maintain and review loan maintenance in the core servicing system.
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality service.
