World Finance in Kentucky is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. You will drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers in person with loan applications, payments, and questions.

This fast-paced, branch-based role requires daily outreach, handling high-volume calls, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and account management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, and document activity in company systems.
