Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 3 years of lending/loan experience.
• Experience reviewing business financial statements incl. tax returns.
• Strong underwriting or loan processing knowledge.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process credit applications and analyze credit/account information.
• Quality assurance and verifying accuracy of customer information.
• Ensures that all loan documentation is accurate and in compliance.
• Identifies documentation loan level conditions/exceptions and assists with determining resolutions and potential solutions with underwriting.
• Ensures closing file is compliant with internal requirements.
• Serves as a point of contact for all escalated items related to the department.
• Ensures all appropriate turn times and service levels are met relative to documentation received.
