Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking operations, loan servicing, loan documentation, commercial credit, or a comparable financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply procedures, requirements, and supporting documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, with a consistent focus on quality, accuracy, and reducing preventable re‑work.
• Ability to independently research and resolve documentation issues while recognizing when escalation or additional partnership is appropriate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business partners and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, and problem‑solving ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent experience.
