Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc is seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Manager to oversee the Loan Documentation Unit and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for CRE, SBA, EXIM, and other commercial loans.

You will lead a team of documentation staff, perform final QC on SBA/EXIM packages, maintain audit-ready files, and drive procedures, training, and process improvements to meet regulatory and BSA requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial loan documentation experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of CRE, SBA, and EXIM lending.
• Experience with LaserPro, eDox, DocuShare, LoanVantage.
• Knowledge of title, escrow, entity verification, CIP, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Review credit approvals, loan documents, escrow instructions, title, CIP, signatures, and closing requirements.

• Maintain secure, complete, and audit-ready loan files and documentation.
