Job summary

Financial Staffing LLC seeks an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to advance scanning and indexing of collateral, credit files, and loan documents in a hybrid Houston office. You will ensure image quality, proper indexing, and compliance across daily mortgage and construction loans during and after the training period.

• 5+ years operations experience.
• 2-year minimum leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet external and internal customer service standards established by the Bank.
• Process weekly exception report (backup).
• Complete scanning of all existing collateral and credit files.
• Scan and index all new and renewed loans.
• Identify all exceptions for New/Renew Loans.
• Record Documents and process Title Work.
• Scan all daily work, i.e. all incoming insurance policies, recorded documents, titles, tax receipts, UCC recordings, financial and cash flow statements, tax returns, advances, paid loan histories and release of liens.
• Verify each document scanned to ensure the image is complete, properly indexed, and of good quality; and to scan and index collateral and credit documents as needed.
• Scan 2nd Mortgage Loans.
• Scan 1st Lien Mortgage Loans.
• Scan new Construction Loans for Builders.
• Scan Note Receivable loans
• Knowledgeable of compliance responsibilities.

Advanced knowledge of all consumer, commercial, and real estate documentation. Accomplished in document imaging.

Remote Work:

This position is eligible for a hybrid in the office and remote work after initial training period, the end of which is determined by your immediate supervisor.
