Qualifications

• Audits loan documentation for compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stays current with applicable state and federal laws and regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality audits of documentation and data input to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Prepares and tracks written issues for errors found during audits using an automated issue tracking system.
• Maintains a variety of records and reports for lending activities.
• Stays abreast of NMHK and NCUA regulations and Fannie Mae guidelines where applicable.
• Manages HMDA data collection and validation and analyzes loan applications for proper HMDA coding.
• Conducts HMDA file reviews and annual HMDA submissions across departments.
