Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• One year of relevant work experience in finance, banking, accounting, or real estate work.
• Relevant education and experience can be substituted for each other on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and monitors receipt of loan closing documents and borrowers, compliance with loan covenants.
• Conducts reviews and audits of loan closing packages and materials to determine compliance with requirements, contracts, laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures all loan documents are properly executed.
• Assists with preparing reports and conducting loan closing training.
• Supports Regional Project Water Development (RWPD) teams in scheduling closing meetings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
