Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years experience in loan servicing, or knowledge and experience in 2 or more major functions in loan servicing.
• Preferred: Certification in insurance servicing.

Responsibilities

• Processes and boards incoming loan packages.
• Maintains loan files and records.
• Reviews documents for and reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Performs mathematical calculations and disbursement of escrow accounts.
• Provides a high level of customer service for internal and external customers.
• Reports issues to bank personnel, sends notifications, reports progress, quotas, collection items and updates lists.
