Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process loans, prepare related documents, and support loan closings. You will handle filing, reporting, and respond to customer inquiries regarding loans and accounts.

The role includes bill paying, GL entries, and ensuring accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. This position requires strong knowledge of bank operations, basic accounting, and proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking or related field.
  • Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.

Job description

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:


  • Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures.

  • Skill in communicating effectively with management, customers, and co-workers.

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Ability to create an organized efficient work environment without supervision.

  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.

  • Ability to function as a team player.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking.

  • Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.
