Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Board new consumer and residential loans into the servicing platform.
• Review loan documents and extract information for system input.
• Verify loan amounts, dates, and documentation prior to funding.
• Process loan modifications, renewals, extensions, and CITs.
• Process fee transactions related to closings and settlements; perform peer reviews.
• Monitor Accounts in Process and clear items within SLAs; escalate issues when needed.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers and lending staff; coordinate across departments to onboard and service loans.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; protect confidential information.

Position Summary

Heitmeyer is supporting a banking partner whois seeking a Loan Administration Processor. This position is responsible for onboarding consumer and residential loans, processing loan modifications, and ensuring loan information is accurately entered into the bank’s servicing systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret loan documentation, and a commitment to compliance and customer service. The position works closely with internal departments, borrowers, and lending personnel to support efficient loan operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of loan operations, banking operations, lending support, or related financial services experience
• Experience reviewing and processing financial or loan documentation
• Strong data entry and administrative processing skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and general PC applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information

Preferred Qualifications

• Consumer loan processing experience
• Residential mortgage loan processing experience
• Commercial loan operations exposure

Key Responsibilities

Loan Boarding & Processing

• Review loan documents and extract key information for system input
• Board new consumer and residential loans into the loan servicing platform
• Verify loan amounts, effective dates, approvals, and documentation prior to funding
• Process loan modifications, Change in Terms (CITs), renewals, extensions, and other maintenance requests
• Process fee transactions related to loan closings and settlements
• Complete peer reviews to ensure processing accuracy

Loan Operations & Administration

• Monitor Loans in Process accounts and clear outstanding items within established timelines
• Ensure loan documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
• Upload and validate credit and loan documentation
• Maintain established service level agreements and production standards
• Escalate operational issues when necessary

Customer & Internal Support

• Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lending staff, and internal business partners
• Handle customer phone calls and written communications
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth loan onboarding and servicing
• Deliver professional and responsive customer service consistent with Mid Penn’s service standards

Compliance & Risk Management

• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Process requests to support collateral perfection and loan compliance requirements
• Protect confidential customer information
• Support fraud prevention and risk management initiatives
• Complete all required compliance and regulatory training
