NBT Financial Bank in Grapevine, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Administrative Associate to support loan officers and maintain high-quality customer service. You will handle loan documentation, file management, and communications with title companies and customers in a fast-paced branch environment.
The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and experience in banking loan operations.

Summary/Objective:
This position performs various types of loan administrative duties for loan officers. This position is responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service to the customer as needed. This position works directly with all officers of the bank in various capacities, including problem solving.
