Tri City National Bank in West Allis, WI is seeking a Loan Servicing professional to balance and reconcile loan-related G/Ls and accounts. Responsabilités

• Balance and reconcile loan accounts to general ledger, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle calls and emails related to loan accounts, information research and error resolution.
• Process PMI monthly processing, reporting and remittance.
• Assist with escrow analyses including annual escrow review and hazard insurance payments.
• Balance and reconcile subsidiary and custodial accounts, including FHLMC custodial accounts.
• Perform interface balancing and back up investor servicing and remittance.
• Review daily reports to identify corrections and adjustments.
• Enter customer and loan information into the IBS system.
• Prepare and transmit monthly SBA reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Under the direction of the Loan Services Manager, responsible for balancing and reconciliation of loan related G/Ls and accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Perform daily account maintenance and monetary transactions related to servicing of loans. Responsible for Annual property tax disbursal, monitoring of delinquent taxes and annual review of unclaimed property.

Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience.This position is located in office at our Operations Center in West Allis, WI.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile existing loan accounts to general ledger, ensuring the accuracy of all posted entries. Identifying and reconciling any posting errors.
• Handle calls and email inquiries to Loan Services from internal personnel, authorized third parties and bank customers, related to loan accounts including information research and error resolution requests.
• Handle PMI monthly processing, reporting and remittance.
• Assist with escrow functions including annual escrow analysis, monitoring hazard insurance payments.
• Balance and reconcile subsidiary and custodial accounts to include, FHLMC Custodial Accounts.
• Perform interface balancing and serve as back up for investor servicing, reporting and remittance.
• Review daily reports to identify necessary corrections and adjustments.
• Perform loan data entry of customer and loan information on the IBS loan system.
• Prepare and transmit monthly SBA reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, loan servicing or customer service required. Education or experience in accounting is preferred.
• Requires understanding of basic transactions and loan products.
• Ability to gain working knowledge of Tri City National Bank’s policies and procedures, products and services.
• Analytical ability is required involving basic accounting and data processing. Standard methods, guidelines and procedures are generally followed in resolution of such problems.
• Strong organizational, time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• A high degree of customer service orientation is needed for this position, including effective oral and written communication skills, sensitivity, judgement and initiative.
• Ability to perform detailed, time sensitive work and make independent decisions with great accuracy.
