Job summary

Hiland Dairy is seeking a Loadout - Plant team member in Conroe, TX to perform shipping operations ensuring products are packaged, prepared, and loaded safely for delivery.

The role requires accurate counting, inventory recording in Excel, and adherence to GMP/SQF; forklift certification is required. Candidates must be able to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Pass drug screen and physical.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math and record data accurately.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and record products by category.
• Enter inventory results into Excel and the inventory database.
• Identify and flag any non-conforming product (code, label, short fill, missing carton, leakier, etc.).
• Assign orders to other shipping associates from load-out sheets.
• Review available products by code date to ensure proper product rotation.
• Ensure all product is assembled in the staging area for loading.
• Direct movement of trailers throughout the load-out period.
• Prepare paperwork for the oncoming shift.
• Complete all required documentation and schedule product checks.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Follow GMP and SQF requirements and safety policies.
