Job summary

Hiland Dairy Foods Company is seeking a Case Dock Laborer in Conroe, TX to support the plant by supplying empty cases and maintaining efficiency. You will follow sanitation and safety protocols and complete paperwork as assigned.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, OT and varying shifts (Evenings, nights).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Supply empty cases from trailers and stack empty pallets, then wash the trailer.
• Keep the work area neat and clean at all times during the shift.
• Clean the case washers daily to ensure proper cleaning of cases for the plant.
• Check and document the case washer temperature.
• Check and document cleaning solution concentration at least once per shift.
• Complete all assigned paperwork.
