Job summary

WRMC, Inc. is seeking a dependable Loading Dock worker at our Downtown Dallas site to support daily dock operations, receive and load shipments, and keep areas safe and organized.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety procedures. We offer full-time schedules, Monday-Friday and alternate shifts, with pay rate of $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading dock, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, log into the system, and deliver to units accurately.
• Monitor vendor access for residences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock area.
• Report and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Report damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and delivery rotation.

About The Role

We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Loading Dock worker to support the daily operation of our loading dock. This role is responsible for receiving and loading shipments, safely moving materials, maintaining an organized work area, and helping ensure smooth and efficient dock operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, log into the system, and deliver to the residential unit or package room accurately and efficiently
• Monitor vendor access for the residences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock area at all times
• Report and collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
• Assist with inventory management and delivery rotation as needed
