Qualifications

• OSHA safety knowledge is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills.
• Understanding of cGMPs, HACCP, and FSMA.
• Ability to operate a forklift and work with warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Fill out accurate receiving log for all packaging and raw materials.
• Rotate stock for FIFO usage and/or shipments.
• Consult with Shipping or Receiving Supervisor for required materials.
• Advise Quality Control daily of any problems with ingredients or finished goods.
• Inspect trailers for sanitation using BB Trailer Inspection form.
• Report shortages, damages, or issues to Shipping/Receiving Supervisor.
• Keep warehouse aisles clean and safe from debris.
• Maintain forklifts with proper charging and water in battery.
• Do monthly cycle counts and physical inventories as directed.
