Randstad USA is seeking a Field Service Technician – Loading Dock Specialist in Atlanta, GA. The role involves repairing dock levelers, restraints, doors, and seals, diagnosing hydraulic and electrical systems up to 480V, and performing PM tasks on heavy equipment.

You will communicate with facility managers and complete digital work orders on-site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field service experience, proficiency in hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, and welding, a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience in industrial equipment or loading dock repair.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, AC/DC electrical diagnostics, and welding/metal fabrication.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; OSHA or LOTO training.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair & maintenance of dock levelers, restraints, doors, and seals.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase.
• Perform preventive safety inspections and PM tasks.
• Welding and fabrication of structural components.
• On-site communication with facility managers and logging work orders.
• Adhere to LOTO and OSHA standards.
