Our Dock and Door Technicians are in a construction‑based position. Responsibilities include service and installation of loading dock and material handling products. Technicians will travel daily to customer locations to provide services based on customer needs.
Duties include installation of new dock and door equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing customer equipment, and providing a high level of customer service. Day to day, technicians will work with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repairs and installations.
Dock and Door Technicians must adapt to a changing work schedule and respond to a consistent flow of service calls. They will maintain confident communication with customers to gather and provide all necessary information during installation, service or maintenance calls. Documenting and reporting findings and work performed is a key component to working out in the field, requiring technical competence.
Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour DOE.
Signing Bonus: $1,500 once the new hire has completed 12 months of employment.
Experienced Material Handling Bonus: Technicians with 3 or more years of experience are eligible for a one‑time $3,000 bonus paid out after 12 months of continuous employment.
