Loading Dock Associate

Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.51 per hour

What You Will Do

• Maintain stock levels by properly stocking and displaying merchandise, and by restocking and replenishing items as needed.
• Assist in receiving and processing merchandise shipments, including checking for accuracy and ensuring timely and accurate completion of inventory tasks.
• Work with the visual merchandising team to maintain store aesthetics and follow visual guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products, assisting customers with locating items, and answering questions.
• Keep the stock room and sales floor organized and tidy, ensuring merchandise is easily accessible and displayed according to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels, inventory needs, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with other associates to ensure efficient stock room operations, including assisting with tasks as needed.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers and assist with sales.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding stock handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including pricing, labeling, and maintaining stock records.

Salary and Benefits
