Job summary

CleanCare in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Loading Dock Worker to safely load and unload trucks, move materials, and assemble orders to manifests. The role requires dependable, detail‑oriented individuals who can lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will inspect freight, operate pallet jacks, maintain a clean dock area, and follow all safety procedures while meeting productivity standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand 8–10 hours consistently.
• Ability to work in hot and humid environments.
• Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established productivity standards.
• Inspect all linen to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Follow all health and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Maintain organization within personal and shared workspaces.
• Report equipment malfunctions, linen defects or shortages, and safety hazards appropriately.
• Maintain company-wide DART accident rate at or below 2.
• Other duties as assigned.

This role includes inspecting incoming and outgoing freight, operating pallet jacks, building orders to manifests, maintaining a clean and organized dock area, and following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, able to lift heavy materials, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
