Lanter Delivery Systems, LLC in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Dock Supervisor to lead a team of Dock Associates during a 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. shift, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading to support on-time deliveries.
You will coach and develop staff, enforce safety standards, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and monitor operations reporting. Some weekend hours and up to 15% travel may be required.

The Dock Supervisor will lead and oversee a team of Dock Associates (Freight Handlers) during an assigned shift to ensure freight is safely and efficiently loaded and unloaded to support on-time, error-free deliveries.
This position has supervisory responsibilities, which may include providing guidance, support, and oversight to assigned team members.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The schedule requires flexibility based on business needs, and some weekend work may be required.
This position may require up to 15% travel.
This job operates in a warehouse or operations environment. The role may routinely involve working near moving equipment, warehouse traffic, varying temperatures, noise, and other conditions commonly found in a logistics or distribution setting. The team member may be required to use job-related tools, equipment, technology, or systems necessary to perform the essential functions of the role.
The team member may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, pull, lift, carry, communicate verbally and in writing, use job-related tools or equipment, and lift at least 15 pounds at a time.
