Job description

Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are essential to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. As a Loader, Non-Formula, you will transport items into trailers using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts or by hand.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Transporting items to be shipped into trailers with forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand following a loading plan.
• Moving outgoing products from staging areas to the loading dock.
• Wrapping pallets, securing loads, and ensuring shipping labels are in place.
• Locating and securing proper trailer slots for shipments.
• Removing and storing empty pallets and packing materials.
• Inspecting and stacking pallets, and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Following safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Preparing equipment and supplies for operations.
• Ensuring work area safety and compliance with productivity standards.
• Recharging batteries and inspecting vehicles.
• Assisting other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly, handling weights between 10-90 pounds.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post-offer drug and background tests.
