Job summary

Daniels Sharpsmart Inc is seeking a dependable warehouse worker in South Salt Lake, UT to load/unload trucks and prepare orders for transport. This role requires lifting 50+ pounds, following safety protocols, and working in a fast-paced team.

Full-time, 40 hours per week with benefits; overtime opportunities are available and the position emphasizes reliability and safe, efficient work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive, warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing roles.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Reliable with proven tenure at previous employers.
• Comfort with medical waste handling and PPE.
• Willingness to pass a 5-panel urine drug screen.
• Willingness to undergo a 7-year background check.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Demonstrated longevity with prior employers.
• Can-do attitude and commitment to safety and efficiency.

What will your job involve?

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers on site and ensuring all transports are prepared in a timely manner.
• Preparing and packing of customer orders for transport.
• Moving trucks and taking care of housekeeping duties
• Working in a fast-paced team environment
• Manual handling and labor related activities
• Adhering to safety codes and conduct

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a labor-intensive, warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing job
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly
• Proven reliability and tenure with previous employers
• Comfortable working around medical and universal waste with PPE
• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Proven longevity with employers
• "Can-do" attitude and commitment to safe, efficient work
