Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking team members to support fabrication and shipping processes at our facility. You will be responsible for building wooden crates, loading windows and accessories, and ensuring safe packaging to minimize damage during transit.

Qualified candidates will read and follow instructions, have basic computer skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment while wearing required PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization under time constraints.
• Effective communication with peers and management.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferable.

Responsibilities

What you get to do

• Responsible for fabrication of wooden crates to ship, job clean ups, small jobs parts and orders
• Loads windows and accessories
• Ensure that product is packaged safely within the crate to minimize possibility of damage
• Ensure all shipping documents are completed and accurate
• Assist in loading trailers when crating duties are complete
• Other duties as assigned
