Job summary

Lowe's is seeking team members to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment in Michigan. The role involves helping customers locate and load merchandise, supporting checkout and fulfillment, and accurately preparing customer and contractor orders while maintaining safety and stock levels.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable using retail tech, able to operate store equipment, and adhere to Lowe's safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection.
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department.
• Communicates all stock, special order merchandise, product features, application, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers.
• Follows all Lowe’s safety policies and procedures, including proper use of power equipment, spotters and safety devices.
