Job Summary

The Loader Operator/Utility will operate loaders safely and efficiently, along with performing additional tasks within the sand and gravel operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Safely load customer trucks and trailers using a CAT 980M Wheel Loader, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure loading.
2. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including greasing, cleaning, and inspections, and complete related reports.
3. Support plant operations through general upkeep, repairs, and other tasks as required.
4. Operate various equipment such as skid steer, fuel truck, water truck, and haul truck to support operations.
5. Follow all safety protocols and MSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
6. Attendance in person is required.

Additional Duties

• Support team projects and tasks to meet department goals.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Navigate the facility safely, including climbing ladders.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work outside of normal hours as needed.
