Job summary

Zachry Construction Corporation seeks an experienced Loader Operator to safely operate a loader for plant and dirt work, moving materials and supporting production.

The role requires at least 4 years of heavy equipment experience, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work effectively with a crew on-site. Opportunities for growth and relocation may arise on large-scale projects across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders.
• Proficient in loader operation for material handling and site prep.
• Must be physically able to walk on uneven terrain and climb equipment ladders.
• Ability to follow safety rules and work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loader to move, load, and distribute subgrade and roadway materials.
• Support plant operations and general dirt work as assigned.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
• Coordinate material flow with supervisors and crew.
