Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Loader Operator in Seattle, WA to safely operate front-end loaders, stockpile and load aggregate materials, and support plant operations.

You will perform routine inspections, maintain clean work areas, complete operational records, and communicate with the team and supervisors; role also includes post-offer checks and safety commitments typical for field positions in our union environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
